Antonio Lizana is one of the most celebrated representatives of the new flamenco jazz scene from southern Spain. As a jazz saxophonist, flamenco singer and composer, he and his band have given more than three hundred concerts in more than thirty countries over the past three years. 

 

A talented artist hailing from San Fernando, Spain, Lizana has carved a unique niche for himself in the world of music with his captivating style. Born in 1986, Antonio Lizana's musical journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. With his soulful compositions and mesmerizing performances, he has captivated audiences around the globe. His ability to infuse traditional flamenco with jazz has garnered him widespread acclaim and positioned him at the forefront of the new wave of "Jazz Made in Spain".

Over the years, Lizana has released four albums of his own, and collaborated to two Grammy Albums. He recently also released an album in duo with legendary pianist Chano Dominguez.

Lizana's innovative approach is also evident on stage where he is accompanied by some of the most promising new talents of Spanish Jazz.
